Completion requirement
To complete APP Foundations, finish the required modules, pass each topic post-test, pass the sim cases, and complete this final mastery assessment.
Assessment structure
75–100 question final exam
Predominantly clinical vignettes spanning every curriculum domain.
5–8 simulation cases
Full decision simulations covering evaluation, diagnostics, disposition, and safety.
2–3 documentation / A&P exercises
Write a defensible cardiology assessment and plan and structured documentation.
Critical safety must-pass items
Flagged items that must be answered correctly regardless of overall score.
Domain scoring
Per-domain results with targeted review recommendations for any weak area.
